The home owner received a presale inspection that noted dry rot around building. We identified and removed problem areas and reassembled siding.

Siding has been removed. Rotted wood has been removed and replaced with fresh pressure treated wood.

Area that was identified under house is disassembled for repair.

Rotten wood is identified and removed.

Corner of house identified as problem is disassembled.

Extent of rot is identified, and removed.

Hydraulic jack is used to support floor joist while rot is removed and replaced with fresh lumber. Also sistered a fresh floor joist along side this floor joist.

This corner required a little extra attention. Replaced sill plate and header joist.

Corner getting closed back up. We also applied wood hardener and copper to stop the spread of rot.

Vent is cut into new location.
