About the event
This three hour course will cover many substrates and techniques for fruiting mushrooms including coconut coir, horse manure, sawdust, straw, chip beds, log culture, coffee, and cardboard. Take the Mycelial Expansion Course first to learn about making cultures to fruit in these substrates.
